Who
said camera shopping was fun? I absolutely despised trying to find a
decent camera and I would always come home with one that had
thirty-thousand options I had no use for. So, I decided to do a bit of
research. Not only did I come up with a buying guide so you can decide
which camera is best for you, I actually began to have so much fun that I
took it a step further! I wanted to see which cameras were the
absolute best on the market today. So, you can click

The
bottom line is... we have our advanced cameras and we have our simple
cameras. Once you decide which one of those you need, the rest is
cake. Yeah... not really. You've still got to decide
between all of these:
When
you've finally made that decision, you can then move on to what brand
you want: Sony, Canon, Nikon, Kodak, Olympus and more! The point is,
there's a lot to think about when buying a camera. So, I've done my
research and I am going to make this super simple for you guys!

Point & Shoot:
These are basically designed to do just that... point and shoot. While
they are fantastic cameras, you won't find anything super-special about
them and your friends probably won't be going "ooooooo-ahhhhhhh" when
you pull it out of your pocket or purse. With that said, you'll be
pleasantly surprised with the quality of photos taken with a point and shoot camera.
Since they are designed to quickly snap that one photo you've been
waiting your whole life to capture, the quality of such photos are
remarkable! So, if you want a simple, smaller, light-weight camera that
takes great photos, this one will work for you. Now, if you're looking
to capture a crisp, clear shot of that bear on the other end of the
forest, you might want to consider a more capable camera like a SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera
SLR Cameras: These can get pretty costly. So, if you're on a strict camera budget, you may want to do some bargain hunting. SLR Cameras are pretty heavy and much larger than your point and shoot camera. After all, it has to hold all those extra options, right? ♥ That was a joke ♥. You will, however, need to keep track of those extra lenses. SLR Cameras have interchangeable lenses which is fantastic for those of us looking for more options. Speaking of interchangeable lenses, let's move on to Mirrorless Cameras... Mirrorless Cameras: These also have the capability to use interchangeable lenses. However, they're not quite as large and heavy as your SLR cameras. Now, if you prefer to shoot in raw (you choose how the camera processes your image), you're going to love mirrorless cameras.
